ALONE IN THE DARK: ILLUMINATION

Alone in the Dark: Illumination takes the classic survival horror series in a completely different direction, turning it into an action-heavy cooperative horror shooter. Choose from four playable characters with unique weapons and abilities, then fight through dark environments packed with supernatural creatures inspired by H.P. Lovecraft. Light plays a major role, weakening enemies before you finish them off with firepower. You can tackle the nightmare alone or team up with other players online. The co-op concept has potential, but repetitive combat, clunky controls, weak enemy variety, and tech issues make this a rough trip into darkness.
