Fallen Aces

Switchblade City is a cesspool of corruption, and the A.C.E.S.—the city's former protectors—are being picked off one by one. You play as the last man standing, a hard-boiled detective forced to punch, kick, and shoot his way through a conspiracy. This immersive sim feels like a love letter to 90s shooters, wrapped in a gorgeous, hand-drawn comic book aesthetic. Whether you want to ghost through levels with stealth or smash skulls with whatever trash you find on the floor, the game gives you the freedom to solve problems your way. It is gritty, stylish, and unapologetically violent.
