Sonic and the Secret Rings

Sonic gets sucked into the pages of the Arabian Nights, trading his usual stomping grounds for a mystical desert realm. This Wii-era experiment ditches free-roaming 3D for an on-rails approach, forcing you to tilt the remote to steer the blue blur through high-speed gauntlets. It is a pure, arcade-style test of reflexes where the goal is to master the path, dodge obstacles, and stop the evil Erazor Djinn. While the motion controls can be a bit of a wild ride, the game succeeds by stripping away the bloat of other 3D entries to focus entirely on the raw, kinetic thrill of moving fast.
