Subnautica: Below Zero

Forget the tropical vibes of the first game; you are now stranded on a frozen rock where the water is lethal and the land is even worse. You play as a scientist hunting for answers about your sister’s mysterious death, but the planet has other plans. It is a survival experience that forces you to juggle oxygen, hunger, and a new, brutal temperature gauge. While it keeps the addictive loop of crafting, base-building, and deep-sea terror, it trades the original’s lonely, freeform drift for a tighter, more narrative-driven expedition. It is beautiful, claustrophobic, and will absolutely make you fear the dark, icy abyss.
